Do we charge any delivery fee?
We offer Free shipping on all of our orders. Unlike many other companies, we do not have any limit of amount on orders for which we offer free shipping. It means you will get the free shipping (no delivery cost) for all orders even under £10.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Royal mail, Evri, DPD and Amazon Delivery to send most of our orders across the UK. We try our best to use the most efficient delivery services to dispatch and deliver the products as soon as possible.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We do aim to get our packages delivered in approximately 2-3 working days in GB Mainland. However, on certain occasions like public holidays and weekends the timeline of delivery can be increased by 2-3 days. But this delay is normally due to the delivery providers not operating on such occasions. You can enquire directly about your order status if you are having any delays.
I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?
Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver at weekends. But in most cases the package is delivered the very next working day.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk as it will come from a noreply email address. Please let us know if you don't receive any confirmation email.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, the delivery service provider companies do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Can I track my item?
You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and paid for. Most of our orders are delivered within 2 working days normally. But if you are concern about its status then you can reach out us via email or phone using the details mentioned in the above section.
What if my package is lost?
If you haven't received the package within 2-3 working days then you can reach out to us via email, whatsapp / phone using the details mentioned in the above Contact Us section.
